REAL SCIENCE. REAL POSSIBILITIES.Sleep and the body clock connect Epitalon + DSIP to wider questions about healthy ageing. That shared theme does not yet establish a benefit from taking them together.
Synthetic AEDG tetrapeptide studied in telomere, pineal and ageing-related research.
Limited human evidenceExplore this ingredient →Delta sleep-inducing peptide investigated in older human sleep studies and neuroendocrine research.
Limited and inconsistent human evidenceExplore this ingredient →The ingredients listed here do not specify a particular product or mixing ratio. Pre-mixed products may differ from the formulations used in research.
Sleep and the body clock connect Epitalon + DSIP to wider questions about healthy ageing. That shared theme does not yet establish a benefit from taking them together.
A pairing discussed in relation to sleep, the body’s daily rhythm and ageing.
Sleep quality, the body clock and lifespan are different outcomes. Interest in these areas does not yet establish a benefit from combining the two ingredients.
Community experience can explain why a pairing has become popular. It cannot show whether the ingredients work better together or whether a mixed product is stable, accurately dosed or safe.

The individual profiles explain each ingredient’s potential benefits and research. Even when their effects seem complementary, studies are needed to find out whether using them together adds a benefit.
We did not find a human study testing these ingredients together in our targeted search. That leaves their combined benefits and safety uncertain; it does not show that the pairing is ineffective.
The small DSIP sleep study covers DSIP alone. It does not show whether adding Epitalon offers a benefit or whether the pair affects lifespan.
Explore the sources below ↓No validated combined starting dose exists. The cards below preserve the practical structure people look for while keeping each ingredient’s reported pattern separate.
Using two ingredients in the same period and mixing them in one vial or syringe are different questions. Separate schedules cannot establish compatibility, interactions or a safe combined total.

Each link explains what it covers: the combination itself, an individual ingredient or safety information. A trial record and a paper can describe the same study.
A small double-blind study of DSIP alone. We checked the available study listing and summary, not the full paper.
Safety information about individual ingredients, rather than the combination. This is US guidance, not a statement of UK legal status.
We used targeted web searches for ingredient pairs, including searches focused on PubMed and ClinicalTrials.gov. We followed relevant papers, research reviews and FDA safety information, checking whether the ingredients were actually given together and how they were used. Some full papers were unavailable, so we relied on their published summaries. Web searches can miss studies: this was a targeted source check, not an exhaustive or systematic review, a clinical assessment or a review of UK regulation. The links below let you explore further; search results are not evidence on their own.

Studies may use different names for the same ingredient. The search terms above show which alternatives we checked. Community experiences can explain interest in a stack, but we did not count anecdotes or seller claims as clinical studies.
